1) when it comes time to put the axle shafts back into the chunk. How do I go about phasing them so I dont have vibration problems etc..?? I know they have to be turned a certain way before inserting them into the splines. Pics would be great

2)When its all put back together I know I need an alignment. Is there anything that must be done(minimum caster or camber adjustment) to make it driveable to a shop for the alignment without it getting kerfuckulated. Im getting the skyjacker adjustable bushings.

You only have to phase the passenger side, just look at them when you're installing the shafts to see if the u-joints are in phase.
If you have the bushings you can align it yourself, set the camber by eye and the toe with a tape measure.

in phase. so does that mean each u joint should be set the same way or parallel? to one another
suppose I could just crawl underneath my truck and look.

the u-joints need to be the same way.
