tested wires between coil pack and computer and i want to check the resistance of the coils in the coil pack what should the resistance to different pins be
 
The problem went away after probing wires and never came back.
 
Well, that may help narrow down where the problem is, depending on how much stuff you touched and moved.

I think when i disconnected the battery it reset the ecu the truck also sounds a bit like a diesel when smashing the accelerator and idles rough but it has done that since i got it.

Based on the year in your profile, I'm assuming you have a 4.0 SOHC. I would look at your timing chain tensioners. You don't want to be letting that noise issue go. If the chain guides break, you are looking at a pretty big repair. It might also be partially related to your idle issue.
