Can anyone tell me where the parking brake light switch is located on a 1997 Ranger . Standard cab. Two wheel drive.

The brake light switch is right on the pedal, where the rod to the brake booster connects to the pedal.

Opps, wrong switch.

The PARKING BRAKE SWITCH, has to be somewhere on the parking brake pedal assembly. Pull the piece of plastic that hides it and look for it. It should connected to the only wires going to the assembly.
