custom flip kit

Has anyone ever made there own flip kit? From the pics I've seen there isn't much to them.I have the steel plate and the fab skills to do mine just need some dimensions.Anyone know them??? 97 ranger...

shanekelly, I have a complete Belltech 3" front / 5" rear I'm trying to sell. The rear is a flip kit. If you want it and the matching BT Nitro Drop 2 shocks pm me with an offer. Rear fits any Ranger, front is for wide track tib thru 97. I live in Georgia.

Thanks for the offfer.I wish I could afford a whole kit right now but I can not.this is just somthing for me to tinker with.anyway you could shoot me some measurments on the offset of the hole in the middle of the u shaped part? I messed up my first post as well its a 96 I just caught that. Thanks agian wilcox.

I built my own from scrap, page 88 and 90 of my build thread;

I don't remember the measurements but you should be able to figure it out from your stock pieces. From the pics it looks like I had the hole for the spring bolt centered.
Here is an article that has a pic that you could probably be able to scale up and get measurements that way.
