custom bumpers

I'm looking to get or make a new front bumper for my 98 ranger that is the straight bar tubes with light mounts and a skid plate that goes down and mounts under the car. More like the prerunner ranger bumpers. How much skill and money would it take to make one and does anyone have any pics of what they've built? Thanks!

What do you want to pay for a bumper??? You can get prerunner bumpers online...search for them.....Check out the fab section on this site as well.

I had this made for me the year before last. It was made by a Suzuki Samurai fab man!!! I had it made to my Rangers specs... I told him not to weld any mounts to it since I will make my own and weld them to the bumper. I don't have his contact info anymore...somehow I lost it.

I keep saying I am going to put it on...just have not yet. Maybe next summer...I said that last week I was going to build my bumper brackets and mount it this summer but have not yet done anything!!!! I paid $329 with shipping for it.

Straycat, Won't the chair kinda get in the way when goin over .. say a speed bump or anything else that might be higher than a dine on its side? :ROFL:
