There was a surplus company selling 4bt's with a 4 speed manual 2wd tranny and all the extras for $2500. Seems you could do a divorce mount T case with a very short shaft and you'll have all the strength you need. By the way a 4bt is rated around 150 horse and 300ft/lbs if I recall correctly. I think the place was Adelmens or something like that.
