maybe im just crazy to even think about it? has anyone ever thought about running 3" lift spindles on a 4wd if you were to crank your torsion bars?? wouldnt save the cv angles but would save on balljoint wear??? maybe im just crazy

if they made 3 inch spindles for a 4x4...you need something for the axial to bolt to....also i would think if they made them it would make the cv joints bind to much

A portal hub would be the better way to go.

Think he's right! You would be chowin through CV's..

But you never know! I got 11-12" of travel out of the stock VW rear suspension!
