Me and my buddies Left at 5:30pm to Johnson lane and got there at 6pm drove till 7pm, to the Ranger, dug it out only to get the Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel stuck in a ditch, dug the Dodge out ( 4 times ) then drove down the hill farther because the trucks wouldn't make it back up the hill ( 1 foot of snow ), Drove for 30 mins, then the Ranger's 4wd broke, so the Dodge pulled it for a good 15 miles, then slid off the road, the Ranger pulled it out (With the 4wd broken), then we left the Ranger, and drove the Dodge up the hill another 5 miles only to get it completely stuck, by then it was 10:30, we talked about staying the night or walking out, we started walking out at 11 pm, in 1 foot of snow, we then walked 11 hours and 30+ miles out of the mountain range to a town called Dayton, and had a giant breakfast at 10:30. Thats the short version, oh and mind you that this was all in 12+ inches of snow, We found out that we broke the Transfer case, front axle, drive line, Ujoint, and ball joint, the Ranger doesnt drive in 2wd let alone 4wd now. I must say it was a true Ford Moment when we put it in 4low to pull the Dodge out, the Ranger made the dirtiest sound i have ever come from a truck, and the Dodge is about 2x's its weight, I was proud. haha!
