crate engine swap question

hi guys so i recently decided to get a start on the swap. i bought a crashed 97 explorer and planned to keep just the motor and rear axle and all the wiring. when i went to see about getting the motor rebuilt today i was told 1: hes not taking any new work at this point ( not a big deal ) 2: he gave me a rough quote of $2700 with a mild cam. so naturally i went looking at crate engines. found the atk stage 1 for $2500 not bad plus the bump in hp. my question is will all the explorer stuff bolt up to it no problem? i dont see why not.
im assuming this engine doesnt have the gt40p heads like the explorer does which will open up my options on headers , i cant find any specs of the crate engine.

For installation sake a 302 is the same as any other 302. Are you planning on using the explorer fuel injection and computer to run the engine? If so I would imagine you may need a tune for it to run correctly.

yes stock efi , I have sct pro racer tuning so no big deal there. so all the bocks are the same, all the explorer accessories should bolt to the block no problem. I sent atk an email about the heads I will post what they reply with.
