alright my 91 4.0 has been having some cooling issues. started last year with a cracked head. re-did the top end and replaced everything in the cooling system. im still getting a lot of rust build up in the hoses overflow and what not. im pretty whoever had the truck before me didnt get all the air out of the system last time They flushed the coolant. ive run crc, coolant flush, dumped mini bottles into the radiator, and the thremostat is still getting clogged with build up. i am NOT mixing different coolants together. its just a bunch of rust is accumulating somehow or left over build up. anybody have any ideas without pulling freeze plugs to fix the problem?
