I had a lower raditior hose go out it was orginal so i took the two hoses off the raditor to get to the hose, I replaced the hose new hose clamps an all. I filled the raditior up with water it is staying cool, but know that i got the new hose it is useing water like crazy an it will go into gear but nuthing happens. What would yall say i should do? replace the trans? if the trans has no trans fluid would it not move if its in drive? I need help!

When you took the cooler lines off (2 steel lines that go into the side tanks of the radiator) did you loose a lot of transmission fluid? If so did you top it back up when you were done? If not your trans is low. An automatic will not move if it cannot pump fluid throughout it.
