coolant temp sensor

Hey everyone..just a quick question...I need to replace my cts,but I'm not sure which one it is...I have a 97 2.3. With the hood up,and looking at the front of the motor,I see 2 sensors.Both have two wires coming out of them.The one directly above the w.p. has a black connector,and the one to the left has an orange,or tan connector.Which is what??...lol...thanks for the help..

Warm up the engine so the gage registers the temp.
Turn the key to Run (engine off).
Disconnect one of the two, see if temp gage goes wonky.
Disconnect the other to verify.

ECT Sensor(for the computer, not gauge) should have a light green/red wire and a grey/red wire.
