conversion motor

i have 2 questions
i want to change my 4.0(ohv) to a 4.0 (sohc) or maybe to 4.6 (8cil)
my problem is, my transmision (M5OD) i don`t want to change, is compatible to the others motors ????
what other tranmision i can use with this motors and swamp with my transfer ???
or what is the best combo ?? jaja

Your transmission will only bolt up to the 2.9 & 4.0. It won't handle the torque of anything bigger, even if you did bolt it up.
