contour svt seats

i think i have a set of mnb leather contour svt seats, and i was wondering if anyone knew if they could be bolted into a ranger, or if they would fit if the brackets were changed?

explorer seats

well, the contour seats were pretty messed up, and werent in very good shape, so i found some gray explorer seats out of a 98 sport, and with a few mods i got them in, the drivers one is power and the passengers side one has a lumbar(which i didnt have time to hook up.
I was going to take the center console out too while i was at it, but the top of the lid is ripped. does anyone know where i could get a replacement, or recover the one currently on it?
