Hello,

Just a question on fuel consumption.

Could you tell me how you eat an average of gasoline every 62 miles at a speed of 110 please ( my truck EXPLORER V6 4L )
Thank's for yours answers

62 miles per gallon has not happened with any truck I'm aware of. The best I personally have got is 18 mpg [Canadian gallon 4.5 L slightly bigger than American gallon ] in my Bronco 2 4.0l 5-speed

Re set your trip meter or write down your total mielage every time you fill your fuel tank and write down how much fuel you add. Th:yahoo:en you can easily calculate your fuel mielage after every fill up.

to restate the question:
Original Posting Question...
How much fuel do you use in 62 miles of travel?

That depends on whether you are in stop and go traffic or interstate driving. Also depends on load in the truck, and grade of the road.

My truck is about 5 gallons (US) in town, 4.6 interstate driving.

:icon_thumby: Yes that's what I meant
Thank you for your answer, my truck eats like yours so everything is ok

The average 4.0 will get 15-20mpg. Lets go with 18 since you're at highway speeds.

18mpg = 3.4 gallons to travel 62 miles, or..

13 Litres to travel 62 miles.

:icon_thumby: I ride a lot in town. the cities of FRANCE are smaller than the United States cities
So my average of 17 liters is suitable
