If the ecm is biting the bullet will it cause the fuel pump to keep running?I plugged in two eec relays(new) and the engine would not start, just cranks.I plugged the old back in and it fired up.I used a test light to check the two plugs, eec and pump. With the ignition off only three wires had power, double yellow for eec and single yellow for pump. With it on,double yellow and center red for eec and single yellow for pump.Shouldn't all the wires be getting power.I talked to a mechanic at a local shop and he said it sounds like the ecm is bad.I've replaced the ignition switch and key/cylinder,fuel pump relay and still nothing.Any help would be great, thanks,

Travis
