i have joined this site as i am having a problem with a 2002 ford ranger computer. what i'm doing is building a 1936 ford crewcab pickupfor a customer. i'm using a 2002 ranger 4wd frame that i've stretched 27 inches. well he wanted everything stock from 2002 ranger, engine trans, column, etc. well i guess when i stripped the donor truck i forgot an anti theft solenoid somewhere that recognizes the chip in key and will turn on computer and give me power to fuel injectors. been to ford ,no help. went to salvage to look at other trucks,no luck. can i have the computer reprogrammed to bypass anti theft so i can start engine or what?? need hel, thanks
