Comin' out of lurk mode

Howdy. Bought an '87 STX in Oct. of 2012 and found this site shortly thereafter. The truck has less than 150K and seems to be in pretty good shape. Needed a t-stat, I've replaced clutch, front wheel bearings and tie rod ends (actually had a shop do 'em) but other than that it doesn't need anything. The 2.9 doesn't show any signs of having been overheated and there's no noise from the drivetrain so I'm thinkin' this truck will last me for years. Doesn't have the cool-factor of my old '70 and '71 Broncos, but neither of them got the gas mileage this one does so I'm happy.
Glad to've found you guys and I hope that eventually I'll have something to contribute.
