There will be a meet at Oskar Blues up in the Longmont area if anyone knows where it is. We will meet there at around 5:00-5:30 pm and have dinner and what not. The reason its so late is there will be some guys doing a trail at left hand canyon before. We want it to be 2 wheel drive friendly for some of the guys on other forums. We would pick an easier trail but that is the closest one to Oskar Blues. If anyone knows an easier trail not too far from Oskar Blues post it up in here. I'm not sure what time we will be meeting at the trail but I will keep you guys updated.

Hopefully we can get some more guys going. Oskar Blues has good beer and good food and is located in Longmont.

Ya Longmont. I fixed it

Nobody in Colorado can go?

Any more info on the trail ride?

We will most likely be going to left hand canyon. We probably won't go the while trail because there are some 2wd guys going. I guess they could ride with someone with 4x4

meet at the trailhead/entrance to lefthand? what time? and how big of group is anticipated at the trail run?

Ya probably meet at the entrance at 12. I'm guessing 5 or less people will go on the trail. There is some guys over on FRF that said they wanted to go

just took a few minutes and read through the thread on FRF.
Id like to do some wheeling at lefthand.
I was up there last fall, and snapped some pics, It is fairly mild but there are some very steep climbs and challenging areas, most of which are avoidable by simply taking the more mild trails.
Either way should be fun.

Ya I was up there a few months age with my friends jeep. I hope I get my 4x4 working by then

Did your electric shift motor quit working? We could throw in that case real quick tomorrow, my morning is free now so you could stop over any time after 9 a.m.

Ya and I rebuilt it and it still didn't work so I just left it off. That would be awesome! How long would it take to put in? And I need a driveshaft from a 95-96 explorer. So I could just drive without a front driveshaft for a little right?

Uhhhh.... I have some bad news. My very good friends mom died and the funeral is on the 24th. I have been looking forward to this for weeks and I can't even go. I hope there is another Colorado meet soon. Sorry guys.

Ive heard of the later Rangers needing the different front shaft with the manual case swap, it would be fine to run without one for a bit. Should be able to swap the new one in a few hours.

Sweet! Do you need me to bring any tools or anything? Another set of hands? Haha
