I've been trying to find images of a sales brochure or similar that shows the color options available on the BII. I can find paint chips but not the actual color schemes.

Thanks

Stuart

I'm guessing someone has a couple brochures around... maybe @RobbieD

Here is a cool link to the history if you haven't seen it. It has a couple paint pictures in it. There also might be other info there you may enjoy looking over.

History of The Ford Bronco II - Bronco Corral

@gstuartw - What year(s) color schemes are you interested in? I have all of the brochures in paper, but not in digital images.

All the sales brochures for the Bronco II are available here, about half way down the page.

At the moment I'm interested in what color combinations were available on the '88. I'm angling to buy one that is currently a solid Regatta Blue and I'd consider giving it a factory looking two tone treatment. Perhaps paired with Colonial White or Silver. Thanks.

White... with a red stripe. Gotta represent ya know.

Here's a low-res image of the '88 sales brochure specs page:

But here's the deal. The sales brochure does not list what color combinations could be available or ordered. I think that the "1988 Source Book" that the dealership used would list the 2-tone combinations that could be ordered, but I don't have a copy of that. I can't imagine that certain 2-tone combinations, such as Regatta Blue and Scarlet Red, were ever made.

From looking at the sales brochure, it looks like there two different 2-tone styles in 1988. There was the standard 2-tone ("Deluxe") in which the second color in the middle of the sides, and the Eddie Bauer style ("Unique") in which the contrast color was on the lower sides only.

As you may know, the door sticker, the "compliance" label, will show the truck's original paint codes.

FWIW, I’ve never seen an Eddie Bauer in anything other than dark blue or dark green upper with a tan/gold lower accent color, from the lower body line down and around the wheels. That goes for Bronco IIs but not so much Explorers, I have seen white/gold for the Explorers.

The majority I see are the EBs w/ the Scarlet Red upper and Chestnut lower striping. I seem to see more of those than the blue and even less of the green.
