Simple, terminate the center pin of the unused coil connector and ground the outer two, I've been running like that for like 4 years now with no issues, the ignition module won't be mounted to the intake manifold anymore since the intake patten is different, I mounted mine like so:
it's on a piece of 1/8" plate sandwiched between the two intake halves, if you do this you have to only use the 3 stock bolt locations, use some thermal paste under the module, and ground the plate (this is an important step, it'll run without the ground but be pretty temperamental...).
I have yet to get the stock tach working with this setup, but it's a fairly simple fix that I figured out once but forgot how before I got to implementing the fix
