Does anyone know the dimensions on 2" coil spacers?...i know they got to be 2" high, but what about the round diameters like in the daystar spacers. i want to machine my own set but i gotta know what the dimensions are. i was considering the washer idea, but i know my pops wont go for that at all. how hard would it be to do my own camber alignment? is it just rotating that eccentric nut till it looks straight?

what would be a good material to machine them with?

aluminum
hot roll
cold roll
stainless
??????

any help would be sweet

If you use a 2" coil spacer with the TTB, you will get about 3" of lift because the beams act as levers. That said, you can't use much more than a 1" spacer with the stock coil stud. You could swap them for longer ones, if you can find the right size.

You could use the factory F-150 spacers for about 1.5", that's what I have currently and so do a few others.
