First post so be gentle please...
She's a 92 3.0 Ranger that wont shift into OD. I put the selector in OD but it'll run up to 3rd and not go into OD. I put a bottle of Seafoam in today & will change the fluid/filter in about 100miles. Where should I start? I want to drop the pan only once...if possible, & I'll have to order any solenoids from the parts store.
Another things she's been doing is not shifting at all until the tranny warms up. I figured the VB was sticking...hence the Seafoam. I'll find out in the morning if that problem is fixed.
157-MAF circuit below min voltage
172-Lack of O2 sensor switches lean
177-circuit indicates system always lean
566-3/4 shift solenoid circuit failure
629-con clutch control circuit fail or lock-up solenoid failure
Any chance that 1 faulty system is causing a chain reaction?
