Clutch question

I have a 2002 ranger 3.0 Manuel and the clutch disengages really late. Is this something I should worry about and if so what could cause this? Thanks for any help

Late as in at the top of the pedal? Or late as in you release the clutch and nothing happens for a while. Both are classic symptoms of a worn out clutch plate. or maybe a bad rear main seal and an oily clutch,

Oil level is good
And I barely have to press it for it to engage.
I should also mention that some times it squeels

Pressing the pedal DISengages the clutch. when the pedal is in the up position the clutch is engaged.

Your clutch is just plain worn. Time for a new clutch kit and slave cylinder.

Alright looks like I'm getting a new clutch thanks for the help!
