i just did a tranny swap in my 2000 3.0 i bench bled the line then connected the line. then gravity bled the system. now i cant push the pedal all the way down. ive replaced with new parts the master cyl. slave cyl. quick disconnect line and clutch. im not sure whats goin on i (dont ask why) put air back in the line to see if i could put pedal all the way down and i was able to so no way theres something wrong inside. Not sure if maybe put clutch disk in backwards but i put it with the springs facing towards me. and ideas will be tested. please help this is my daily driver and i havent been able to get to work in 10 days.
