I replaced the clutch on my 99 Ranger and the clutch pedal is soft until about half way down. I tried to gravity bleed it, but when I opened the bleeder valve nothing came out. Is it possible the valve is clogged? I didn't replace the master or slave. Thanks.

None of this should be necessary if parts haven't been replaced, unless you let it run out of fluid.

SLOW DOWN and bleed it like brakes.
