how do do bypass the clutch switch compleatly, on a vechical with a standerd transmission with a remote start thats wired like an auto?

There is a little plug that slides into the socket that connects the two ends. Call around to stereo shops they usually have them and there are a bunch of places online. Google clutch safety switch bypass and you will be set

That or just use a short piece of 14 gauge wire, bend it into a U and stick it in the wired part of the switch. There are usually three or more sockets on the switch but you will see only two wires. Stick the U wire into the two sockets where the wires are and that will bypass the clutch switch.

there are 8 wires present on the switch one of which was hacked into for the remote start which wires would i go into to bypass clutch when starting with key?

Are we talking about the clutch bypass that is mounted on the clutch pedal or something else? The older ones only have two wires...if the new ones have more you can find the wiring diagram possibly on-line or in a Haynes manual.

I found a clutch interlock diagram in the on-line manual...

It shows two pink wires on one side and two tan wires on the other side...

The only thing I did not know was what engine you have...so maybe check it out there and punch in the correct model and engine and it is listed under starting/charging circuit...
