Still trying to figure this out. New clutch kit and flywheel with a pre bled slave. Truck running it'll go in and out of all gears without the clutch. Let all the fluid drain from the lines so I would have no pedal and it's the same deal.

Ussually the issue is they won't go into gear.

Any more recommendations?

bleed the master

It's been bled. I took the pickup to work and hooked it up to the machine. It made no difference.

take master off of the firewall and flip it so lines are on the high side then actuate it then re-bleed slave and re-install master.

air gets trapped in the master due ti orientation when attached to firewall...

I've done all that. Thing is with air in the lines it shouldn't go into gear. And it does.

On the Rat, I bled the MC, then the hose. It had a push fit that shut off when not plugged into the slave. Push it open with some thing and bleed it until you get a steady stream of BF Then plug it into the slave and open its bleeder. Some air will come out. Thats all it took.

PS Is the MC flexing the fire wall when the pedal is pushed?
