Im on ebay looking at clutch kits and it says that there is two different clutches one for '90-'92 and '93-2000. Is this correct, will the 93-00 clutch not work on a '91?

Thanks
-Nick-

Sorry, i guess i should have stated that this is a clutch for a 4.0.

I have a 93 4.0L clutch/flywheel in my 89 2.9L Ranger, so I don't think that info is correct, unless they are talking about the slave included in the kit.

The flywheel/crank flange changed from 6 bolts to 8 bolts in 97, but as far as I know the clutch is the same except there were different slave cylinders used for different years. I used the 93 slave, master, and line in my 89 which is probably what you will need.

Sweet thats what i wanted to hear, the clutch i wanted was the 93-00 year range.

Thanks
-Nick-
