I just finished my 302 swap and encounted a problem with my clutch not disengaging all the way. i'm using the stock master cylinder with a slave cylinder i got off a full size bronco with a straight six and a t18. when i press on the clutch pedal, theres not enough throw to disengage the clutch so it grinds gears really bad when i shift and i cant be in gear and step on the clutch pedal and not move. bigger master cylinder maybe?
