I have a '99 Ranger Sport, 3.0, 5 speed, 2 wheel drive. I have noticed the clutch pedal needs less travel to engage. now there is maybe an inch of travel left. I installed a new clutch and pressure plate about 15000 miles ago. Any advice on where to start looking would be greatly appreciated.

You replaced the clutch and not the slave?

Get ready to tear the trans back out.

Thanks, that's kinda what i was thinking. Not sure why i didn't change it while I had it out, I changed everything else.
