I was downshifting and something in my clutch popped and now my clutch pedal won't move in or out. ideas, suggestions?

Almost sounds like the line got disconnected where it attaches to the slave cylinder.

If the pedal is solid when that happened, good news is there is no air in your master cylinder :). I would recommend bleeding the slave a little after connecting it, a little air usually comes in when the quick connect is reconnected. Just a gravity bleed should be fine

Ty. I was gonna ask this. I will do that.

Typical Ranger mechanic... why do it just once when twice is certainly better.

You will be an expert in no time...

I am having a hard time getting that line back in. I have done this 3 times and it was always fairly easy. Because it blew off should I be doing anything different? Bleeder open or something? Is it possible something was damaged when it blew off?

It might not hurt to crack the bleeder to get it back together. Make sure the plastic sleeve on the quick release is pushed toward the hose not out front by where it goes in

Okty. Gonna go try.

Good job!
