Hi guys!
So here's my story, take a seat! I'm in canada, during winter we have temperature like -30 Celsius and i think my clutch does not like that!. so Before the extreme temp, i changed my Slave AND my master because last winter and summer my clutch seemed to not disengaging sometimes and had leakage on the master.
So, Slave changed, clutch changed, bearing changed, and clutch resurfaced( not sure about this word, english is not my first language) AND Master changed Too. It should be all nice and clean but no. During winter ( december to Now) i had problem with the clutch, even if its all brand new, less than 3000 km. I Bled the system like 2-3 times, changed my master AGAIN thinking i had a faulty one, the exact same thing every time.
When i bleed the system, my pedal is Firm, like brand NEW ( my father's friend have a 2012 ranger that i could check to compare). After 1 week, half of an inch of my pedal travel is 'nothing' it begins to be Firm after That. and 4 weeks later, i have like 3-4 inches of travel before i Get something. My 'friction point' is almost to the floor but GEars shift fine ( Its not the TRanny).
When i Bleed my truck from the slave under the truck, without removing the master, after 3-4 weeks, there is like ' milky creamy Fluid' that get out first, Then Bubbles, THen normal fluid.
I guess that i have air that enter the system over time? how could it be possible? no leak on master, no leak on slave everything is new! COuld it be the HOses? the connectiong of the hose to the master? My fluid reservoir have a problem? Is it my way of bleeding thats is not correct? what is the creamy fluid, WAter in my system, rust, dust?
**I have benched bled the master before intalling it, to keep the master upside down to let air bubble to go UP, i did it 3 times in fact
**
i've looked for this problem on the forum but didn'T find anything that could help me.
Thanks alot if you can help me out! i tried to but a lot of details to help you understand
Gagst
