What was the master cylinder we are suppose to use with the m5odr2 transmission? Im using an f150 slave for this transmission. It seems to be working but I would like some other options. I just want some more adjustment.

If you're satisfied with how the pedal feels, and the clutch is working OK, the stock master is fine. Not many other options without modifying the firewall.

I just would like a little more pedal travel. I could bleed it again. But I was wondering if there was any other that would work.

What's the difference between your trans and the t5 and t56?

About $1200

One day im gonna put a T5 in but I want to use a 164 tooth bell and so I need a 3.8L v6 mustang bell for a T5 and the longer imput shaft from a sn95 mustang. Or a after market shatter proof one and I will probably go to cable clutch or sn95 external slave. With that being said my transmission isnt broke yet so I have no reason to buy one rn

Will a trans from a sn95 work with a t5 or t56 fit in your truck without clearance issues?I ask because that's what I have for a donor car for my swap.wasn t sure if I had to change bell housing on mine as well to fit in my 87 2wd

Im using a 164 tooth flywheel from and f150 and my engine was balanced with it so I dont want to change it at all. You need to fold the seam with a hammer to make it easier to get the transmission in attached to the motor.

Also if you want to take the transmission out like a normal truck as in the picture the 4 bolts on each side that holds the radius arms on to the frame have to come out so you can pry down on the crossmember with the truck off the ground for the 164 tooth bell to fit in between the floor and crossmember
(M5OD-R2)

Or with a T5 the bellhousing unbolts from the transmission. And that should be easier to take trans out and then remove bellhousing second if you need to
