Got stuck in some snow. Had to be pulled out. When I turn left I have a thunk thunk thunk noise. It comes and goes whether I'm turning or going straight. But its more progressive if I turn left. Still drives straight. Its not constant, its not speed or rpm dependant. It just comes and goes. No vibration, just a periodic thunk.

Ball joints are new. 2 trip since super strength u joints in front end. First trip since I put in new wheel bearings. There's no slop in front drive line.

I haven't pulled it apart yet. I suspect maybe the wheel bearing lock nuts are loose.

Any think I should look at or what do you guys suspect? I'm supposed to go pick up some new parts tomorrow

Suspension bushings might be worth inspecting.

For whatever reason I'm like 90% sure its my aussie. The sound went away after awhile but then came back when I went wheeling. didnt hear it on the way home last night.

I don't hardly hear the aussie so its a new sound to me. Idk why it was/would have been making noise in 2wd. Hubs were unlocked and it wasn't in 4 hi. I have to crawl under and turn it in by hand so I know it was in 2wd.
