Clunking In Drivetrain

92 1.5" Spacers under front coils. with 31" tires it's not as bad.With 275x78x15 it gets worse. I put a plow on this year going back and forth all the time it seems to always do it changing direction from forw. to reverse and from revese to forw. When I rebuilt it I put new poly radius bushings in and put extra washers in back to tighten it up even more. Also changed pivot bushings not easy. They seemed to be loose so I put a washer in to tighten it up and it seems to have helped but not completely. It's driving me nuts. I have read some of the articles and still can't get a handle on it somebody have some ideas ?

Most likely the slip yoke has dried out, so remove it, clean and lube it.
Check the U-joints too.
If you have a Supercab with the two-piece driveshaft that can cause issues, but you can swap it to the late-model one-piece unit. Article in Tech Library.

It is an ext.cab. Already have 1 piece drive shaft .Could it be the slip yoke in that?

Yeah it could be that slip-yoke. Before you pull it, I'd check the joints as Johnny mentioned. You should able to check them by sight or with a little twist... And if they aren't bad then you're already under there to pull the shaft.
