I have seen a good number of these available lately for some decent pricing...

I currently have a set of mismatched wheels on my '04 LT 2wd 3.0L that I recently purchased. Kind of wanted to fix that at a decent price. Discounting the tires will these wheels fit the Rangers? I have seen Yes and then No - what is the reality? My truck that needs wheels....

No, the CJ wheels are a 5 on 5.5. The YJ and TJ are the correct 5 on 4.5 for your Ranger. Hope this helps.

but yj and tj wheels dont always fit.....check the hub size and test fit before you buy.

Got a pull-a-part near you?
You can find a set off a couple different explorers or rangers.
I paid between 12.50 and 22.50 per wheel (depending who was working) for the 5 tear drops I picked up.
Hardest part was wheeling them to the front to pay...

I have a set of something J**p wheels now that fit over the hubs and everything but make contact with the brake caliper only when turning....

Thank You for the feedback...guess I will keep looking.

Your cheapest option is probably going to be finding more of the factory steel wheels like on the front in your picture.

My Jeep wheels>>>>>

Not sure of the CJ, YJ, XJ stuff, but I have Jeep Canyon 15x8 wheels that I had to have the center bored out to clear my Rangers hub. I don't remember exact size of center cap, but think it was around 2.5" and is push-thru from inside>>>

I think I am going to try Mustang wheels that way the most I will need is spacers.. I could not even find one of the steel wheels as that is how I started.

I also found a wrecked '11 Ranger with a good rear end with disk brakes. They want 500.00 for the complete rear and according to their computer it is not a direct replacement. I don't know if it is just the difference in brakes or if it is actually different in spring or shock perches. If I can talk them down on price I think I am going to try to get it too.

I am getting too deep into this truck but that is what normally happens everytime I buy a vehicle below what I was looking for. This one came along and it was clean low mileage and I had just lost out, too late on two others, so I jumped on this one. I wanted some more creature features for my old bones but didn't get them on this XL base truck. I still have an '07 Avalanche LTZ that I bought new for longer trips so this is my town truck.
