There a metric bolt pattern, But 5x115 = 5x4.527 559 055 1 inch, so you can try to bolt them on but you'd have to find out of there hub or lug centric.

300c or 300m? (rwd or fwd?) if its the 300c (rwd) they *may* be alright, if its the 300m (fwd) offset will be way wrong.

I know for a fact that the LH rims from 93-04 (they are all interchangeble) will bolt up nicely to the ranger. I used my spare from my 94 intrepid and it bolted up perfect on the rear wheel. As mentioned above, you might have some issues with offset on the front when turning, but for bolt on, they work great.
