Chrwilkins30's build

Are you going to bolt or weld the plate to the bumper?

Still need to get an alignment, but I drove it a little and 4.56 gears and 32's is pretty awesome. the truck will just move by itself after releasing the clutch.

Is there some kind of break in period on the gears ben?

Yes. Take it easy for the first 500 miles. No beating on it till then. Then change the oil, I suggest a good synthetic gear oil.

What winch you plan to get?

No really sure yet. Prob something with synthetic rope. I looked a little and the xrc8 Is only 460 from summit.

Just some more I took today seeing if anything is hitting.

Still cannot decide on the rear bumper. Thinking maybe jameduff tire carrier but the price keeps getting to me. On my days off I don't really want to spend a huge amount of time fabing the stuff for the truck. Anyone have any ideas?

Just go with something simple. Do you want tube, or solid?

Id like tube but For simplicity prob plate because of limited skills. I'm having a hard time finding a metal supply shop around me to pick up materials

got an alignment today and they said they could not get the driver side camber within specs.

Its 1 degree off and the paper shows the passenger side caster is not in spec. They say its because its lifted, that all they said about it.

Ill get pics of the sheet later.

On a side note I want to replace the entire a/c system and convert it to R134a.I know it has a hole in one of the lines andeverything is just old.I have a list of what I need but im not really sure if I need anything else.

What I think I need.

--A/C compressor
--accumulator
--condensor
--all 3 lines
--R134 specific O-ring

Anything else I'm missing because i'm sure there is.

Thanks
