i thought i would share this ranger. i see it around town. it has either chrome or highly polished stainless trim around the wheel wells and on the lower body panel. looks pretty neat

Full length running boards are another giveaway.

Must have had to take the topper off for something... :D
 
i'm not a fan of the chrome stuff..but hey, i'll take that ranger....lol
 
I bet it didn't have a topper. see the chrome trim around the back window? pointless with a camper lol. :D

Dunno about the newer trucks but mine has a chrome strip made into the rear window gasket.

The topper thing was a joke, it seems there are a lot of older guys that drive trucks (of any make/style) with full length running boards and toppers with every chrome doo-dad they can find.

Chrome does get you home. That is all I have to say.

i make fun of my dad all the time about this!!! he's only 50 something but he was all pissed that i took the topper off my Super Duty and considered taking off the running boards!!!!!:icon_twisted:
 
Looks Mexican to me... Well around here thats all Mexicans put on there vehicles... Haha.

You should see this early 2000's GMC sierra 1500 that runs around here. It's maroon with every strip of chrome and fake running light that Pep Boys had in stock. It has a vinyl sticker in the rear window reading "Film Crew" whatever that means, the guy is not in a film crew or do any work whatsoever in the film industry. He's also about 60.
