Check the "V8 Forum", been done before....................

Bein a 4X4, I'd say your biggest problem will be transfer case........

GOOD LUCK & keep us posted!

you would need an 88 up chevy transfer case for the d side drop

thanks about the t case does anyone know about notor mounts ?

not a big deal if you can weld.tack weld the bottom half in with the engine and tranny where you want them . remove the engine and tranny and weld them in the rest of the way.

ya i was just woundering if i sould make some from scrap or use some type of chevy mount

easier to just cut the bottom half out of something and use them

you have 2 pieces on a chevy. the steel "clamshell" and the rubber part that bolts to the frame. it is a rubber bushing wrapped in steel with bolt holes to bolt it to the frame.

ok i see now do you no of any sites or forms where someone as done it ive bee looking and cant find any

check the engine swap thread. i have seen several here in the last few years. there was even a b2 with a 454.

ive looked throught the pages and didnt find any i thought i seen someting about a ranger with a 350 the other week but i cant find it
