The junkyards around me all ways suck, they never have any rangers.

That's because rangers are awesome and don't belong in junkyards! Lol

You can't buy anything around where I live cheap, whether it came off of a CFC vehicle or not.

At my local Pick N Pull, there are always a ton of Rangers, Explorers and BII's. Most of which are in really quite decent shape. There aren't usually any of the I4 engines in there, but lots of 2.9's and 4.0 engines.
