Did the truck have rake before the bumper or is the bumper that heavy?

keep in mind the back fenders are cut, which isn't helping his cause

\does anybody know if a edge bumper will fit my 93 xlt ranger 2x4 or any other popular front bumper swaps..?

AND lumber comes in 2x4s, trucks come in 4x2s
