Check Gauge light

Each vehicle is different.. I wouldn't go more than a few miles without a gascan and gas. It's there for a reason meaning... Fill up quick. You may have low fuel light too.

I wouldn't push it pass another 25 miles, there is some leeway but always best to keep an eye on the gauge, especially in this weather.

There is a LOT of leeway. But it's more than a little stupid to take advantage of it.

At least you have a 5speed; doing this in an automatic can mean stalling on sharp changes in speed or direction, i.e., losing power steering.

I won't let my gauge get below half in some situations (remote areas).

on my 95 4x4 ex cab ranger when the check gauge lights comes on theirs 2 gallons left..
