Might be the EEC relay/connectorComputer not powering up I guess. Turns over, seat belt light comes on, but none of those lower bulbs. Don’t hear fuel load sound.
+1 ^^^

The EEC relay should have a Brown base/plug in
Fuel pump relay a Green base
Unplug EEC relay and check for corrosion on the tabs and slots
If you have a volt meter or test light check each slot for 12volt, key OFF
If you find a 12v slot fuse/fusible link is OK, remember that slot
Now turn key ON
Re-test slots, there should now be another slot with 12volts, that's from ignition switch in the cab, it activates relay to power up computer(EEC)
Do wipers work, turn signals, Fan/blower with key on, just seeing if ignition switch is working to power up interior fuse box
