I pulled my engine from a 1990 B2 with a Mas air flow on the air box end, I dont have that on my box. Would this cause the Check engine light to come on?

Did you take the computer? If you used your computer, then there shouldn't be an issue. Get the codes and come back. There is an article on it in the library.

On an unrelated note, if that B2 had a manual, can you grab me the computer and air box?
