Cheast way to get two inch of lift

I would like to know the cheapest way to gain 2" inch of lift or maybe just level my truck out it a 88 super cab. i know i can do washer lift and belltech 6400s but how much lift wil that give me ?

Cheapest, best way? Body lift hands down.

x2 on the bl. cheap, relatively easy, and the suspension remains stock.

its nice keeping things to remain stock.. if u go on a long trip 4 wheeling and break somthing u can go and pick up a replacment rather then having to wait for some aftermarket company to ship u parts
