cheap lift

Does anyone know of a cheap lift besides a body lift for a 86 ranger 4x4 std cab long bed. because the truck seams to be pretty low and would like it to be 2-3 inches higher max of 3 inches because its going to be a daily driver. Not to mention my first truck. thanks for reading my post.

When I lifted my 85 a few years ago I had a f150 laying around it turned out that the stock 2wd 150 springs got me to level on a 6" lift my only problem is I can't remember if I used the factory lift blocks or not but this worked out great.

i only want a 2-3 inch lift though because i want it to have power and go offroad with a good center of gravity and plus it doesnt help to only be 5 foot

nice thing about the body lift is it doesn't change the suspension, ride, handling, alignment at all which is probably preferred on a daily driver. and it probably has less effect on changing the center of gravity. suspension lift raises all the steel changing the center of gravity a fair amount. body lift just lifts the sheet metal leaving all the drivetrain components in place having less effect on center of gravity. at least until you start putting on big, tall tires.
