the tech library has a few good ones like adding an overhead compartment from an explorer you can find the at a local junk yard id go with one that you pull the parts yourself its usally cheaper and the dome light upgrade is nice

I had one of those long weekends several years ago, so I added a mesh grill, cats eyes driving lights ( of course since I am a cat man). I also added the front receiver. That was a great 4 day weekend.

Next weekend I am doing the front valance upgrade.

Stock valance now:

This is the valance I bought brand new on Ebay last Christmas with the lights for $129 with shipping.

Now I just got to find out how to mount the lights. I can't see how they attach to the valance or the bumper. Anybody know or have a diagram of mounting the lights top the valance? I have wires to attach the lights to the headlights.

There should be holes on the bumber for the mounting bolts as well as a hole for the tab on the light that keeps it postioned correctly. My eBay valance did not fit perfectly. Let me know how yours turns out

The valance will just snap in and there are bolts on the outside of the bumper on the left and right hand side to attach the valance there to secure it. I just don't see how the lights attach to the valance or are they supposed to attach onto the bumper some how? I cannot find a diagram on it. I googled the hell out of it today and it is racking my brain.

PVC snorkel mod, not too complicated if you run it too the cowel. If you decide to mount it to the A pillar its a little more involved.

If you have an auto trans, adding an aux filter and/or cooler is cheap and easy.

Also, not really a mod but, you can do some maintenance like change oil, change trans fluid, cooling system flush, fuel filter, etc.
