I just bought a 2wd 93 ford ranger and I need to replace the bearings, while taking it apart i noticed the spindle has a little wear in it, how hard is this to change and is there a site that will help me step by step. Thanks

It's quite easy once you figure out what all is necessary to take apart.

Since you've had your rotor/hub off, there's only three things left to do to get the spindle off completely.

Remove cotter pin and castellated nut from tie rod and then pop it loose by hitting the outside of the spindle.

Then remove the pinch bolt for the top ball joint and lower ball-joint cotter pin and castellated nut. (I like to leave the nut on the ball-joint by two or three threads so that once the ball joints pop loose the spindle won't fall to the floor and possibly hit your foot.)

Then slide the spindle off of the I-beam.
